Field Sales Representative

_**Opportunity to join the successful Sales Team of a leading family owned supplier of quality farming and country products.**_

**The Job Role**:

- To grow key store agricultural categories sales with both existing & prospective customers within the sales territory of **West Devon & North Cornwall**
- Support colleagues within the Harpers Feeds team in growing non feed categories across the whole trading area
- Assist in developing the Massey Harpers store team within product designated specialist area
- 40 hours per week Monday—Friday

**What we are looking for**:

- at least 5 years of sales experience & 3 years managing a customer ledger
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a dedicated team.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with good numerical skills
- Ability to problem solve as well as being able to work under pressure and prioritise workload/ work to deadlines.

**- Forage BASIS and AMTRA qualification is essential**
