An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset Coordinator to be part of our client's team based in Basingstoke.

The successful individual will **provide professional and proactive administrative services Estates and Facilities department**, specifically for the Estate and Facilities Director and Asset Manager, managing correspondence and communication with a good sense of when to consult or seek advice.

The post holder will be responsible for **managing and coordinating the Asset Management database**, ensuring it’s **proactively managed** to lower risk and ensure our Homes have the right equipment to meet all the needs. To assist Regional Managers and Home Managers and other Senior Managers as required to monitor and communicate key dates to ensure that all remedial actions are identified and carried out effectively. To deal with the breakdown of equipment or building repairs and ensure details are logged within the database and that they are fixed in a timely manner. You will also assist in adhoc purchasing across of the group.
