Asset & Procurement Coordinator Location: Office-based with occasional travel across our care home network. Contract: Full-time. Organisation: Hartford Care. About the Role The Asset & Procurement Coordinator supports the Head of Estates by maintaining robust asset and procurement registers and ensuring smooth, compliant processes across all locations. Responsibilities Oversee asset tracking and ensure inventory accuracy across our estate. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service providers. Support negotiation, management and delivery of contracts including servicing plant, planned maintenance and capital expenditure. Process purchase orders and ensure adherence procurement policies. Work closely with Operations, Quality and the wider Estates team to deliver a structured, planned approach to the servicing, replacement and lifecycle management of goods, plant and equipment. About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Able to work confidently as a standalone role and manage own workload. Great at building relationships and working collaboratively across teams. Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-growing organisation. Familiar with procurement processes, asset management or estates coordination (desirable but not essential). What You’ll Get Be heard through the Hartford Voice Forum.
