**Location**:High Wycombe, office based
- **Salary**: Dependent on experience
- **Working Hours**: 15 - 22.5 hours per week - I.E., 12pm to 5pm Tuesday - Friday

**As the Exams Invigilation Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Online Exam Invigilation
- Assist customers with online exam queries.
- Act as first line support for all online exam queries.
- Releasing of results to customers when all pre-requisites have been met
- General support
- Moderating exam scores when required and approved
- Provide constructive and informative feedback to drive improvement

**The successful Exams Invigilation Coordinator will have the following related skills / experience**:

- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- Strong word and outlook skills
- Problem-solving and a good attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
