**About the role**:
We have an amazing opportunity to join our new Holiday Club provision at our fantastic 400 acres Merrist Wood College in the heart of Surrey. This is a full-time, Monday - Friday role covering school holidays.

The team leader will work with the Education Co-ordinator to help lead a dynamic team in delivering high quality play for children aged 5 - 12 years. The team leader will need to have a keen interest in the great outdoors, happy to take children out for walks to explore the college grounds and keen to help children engage with their natural environment.

Using our unique environment our holiday clubs are focused around animals, wildlife and conservation. The team leader is not expected to have knowledge or experience in these areas as we have a specialised staff that deliver these activities, but an interest in helping children enjoy and learn about the environment is essential.

**What do you need to successful as a Holiday Club Team Leader at Activate Learning?**

The most important thing for this role is experience and confidence working with children, to deliver an excellent set of Holiday Club sessions. A Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification is essential.

You'll be organised and have a passion for the outdoors that you're keen to share with our learners.
