Salary - £13,000 - £15,000 per annum

**What's Involved?**

You will be providing vital support to the recruitment team and picking up skills along the way that will equip you for your entire career. You will earn your diploma in Digital Applications Support gaining valuable insight into the industry. Your activities will include:

- Reception duties, dealing with all internal/external calls
- Import all CVs to the CRM, Voyager System software
- Ensure all applicants files are entered correctly and information kept up to date using systems like Excel
- Update Client files, signed contracts and documentation on Voyager System
- Dealing with advert response via Outlook
- Schedule appointments and diary management
- Management of job adverts, Sales Letters, Contracts and Terms of business via MS Office
