**The Role**

We are now recruiting employed or self-employed Independent Financial Advisers to work from our Cheshire offices to offer high quality holistic financial advice and estate planning through our legal services.

To become one of our Financial and/or Legal Advisers, you must be hard working, dynamic, qualified & flexible. You must be able to deliver high quality advice, getting to know and understand your client’s requirements and put plans in place to meet these.

The successful advisers will have the ability and desire to generate new clients themselves as well as dealing with quality leads generated from our internal team and our marketing department.

To be successful it’s essential that you are a self-motivated individual. We provide a very high standard of bespoke services to our clients, building long term client and family relationships and any new member of the team needs to enhance this.

You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an in-depth knowledge of the Financial Advice sector, the ability to give fully regulated and compliant advice, mainly Face to Face, but also over the telephone and by correspondence.

**Remuneration Packages**

**Employed Package**:
Salary to reflect experience and skills, bonus, and additional perks. Salary will depend on experience and production, but will range between £35,000 basic to £60,000 basic plus bonus based on productivity, with no limitations to what you can earn

**Self-Employed packages**:
Be your own boss with all the support from Tuckers

If you would prefer to be self-employed, we offer a very generous fee share agreement and a practice buyout plan of your clients when you wish to retire, with fee shares of up to,

Office based advisers receive 60% of the gross fees/commission generated with nothing taken off the top and no other overhead costs
