A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Specialist to join our already highly successful team at BMW Motorrad Welwyn Garden City.

**About the role**

Standard customer service is not enough here at BMW Welwyn Garden City and we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards of BMW Motorrad at all times.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Reporting to the Aftersales Manager
- Achieving sales targets by selling workshop hours via the retail counter
- Liaising with all Departments
- Pre picking of parts
- Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed
- Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
- Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry to sale
- Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
- A can-do attitude
- Be a Team Player
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Great Computer Skills
- Ability to utilise multiple systems
- Possess a Methodical Approach
- Be Approachable and Honest
- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge
- A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
- A strong knowledge of all BMW Parts, Accessories and Clothing
