A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Specialist to join our already highly successful team at BMW Motorrad Welwyn Garden City and become a member of the renowned LIND family.

This role is at the core of our customer experience. You will build lasting relationships with customers new and existing, guiding and advising them on work needed on their motorcycles and being with them every step of the way.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Reporting to the Aftersales Manager
- Achieving sales targets by selling workshop hours via the retail counter
- Liaising with all Departments
- Pre picking of parts
- Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed
- Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
- Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry to sale
- Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
- A can-do attitude
- Be a Team Player
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Great Computer Skills
- Ability to utilise multiple systems
- Possess a Methodical Approach
- Be Approachable and Honest
- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge
- A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
- A strong knowledge of all BMW Parts, Accessories and Clothing
