Founded in 2013 out of a bedroom, my client quickly moved into their first office in May 2013 and since the company grew, 2 further offices opened across the UK.

Due to the explosive growth in the highly lucrative IT and Tech industries, my client is looking for passionate, commercially savvy individuals looking to break out into the highly rewarding career of Recruitment.

**Who we are looking for**:

- **A degree-educated individual with a 2:1 or higher**:

- A self-starter, someone who can push through challenges
- Someone who ideally has experience in a working environment
- Someone who is self-disciplined, focused, and a sponge for information
- Hardworking by nature, an individual who thrives in a results-driven environment
- Sports background to a good level would be an advantage

**What your day looks like**:

- Maintaining a high level of organisation throughout
- Proficiency in administrative skills
- Business development, managing your own clientele; all whilst increasing your earning potential
