**Van Driver/Warehouse Operative** Healthy Bean Ltd is a leading provider of Workwear, Footwear, PPE and Hygiene in the UK. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role will involve warehouse duties, regional driving within England, and customer-facing responsibilities, providing an opportunity for individuals with a passion for driving, delivery, inventory management, customer service, and a desire for independent working. If you are a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for driving, inventory management and customer service, we encourage you to apply. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Regional Driving**: - Operating a Luton van (under 3.5 tonnes) safely, responsibly and maintaining the vehicle (e.g., ensuring cleanliness, checking engine oil, tyre pressures). - Driving 5 days a week to Leicester, Coventry, Lincoln and Skelmersdale. - Adhering to all UK road transport regulations and company policies. - Planning and executing efficient regional routes. - Ensuring timely delivery of goods. **Inventory Management**: - Conducting weekly inventory checks. - Updating inventory records accurately. - Identifying and resolving discrepancies. **Warehouse Operations**: - Loading and off-loading the van - Picking and packing orders accurately. - Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. **Customer Service**: - Providing excellent customer service on-site. - Assisting customers with stock management. - Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. - Taking orders on-site. **REQUIREMENTS** - Valid UK driving licence (Category B). - 3+ years’ experience driving and operating a 3.5-ton Luton Van or equivalent, ideally in a customer-facing role - Excellent driving record (no more than 3 points). - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical fitness to handle warehouse duties. - Forklift driving experience is desirable but not essential. **WHATS ON OFFER** - Salary: c.£27,000 - c.£30,000 - Commission / Discretionary bonuses dependent on performance (10% of salary based on KPIs). - Uniform and all PPE. - Van, fuel and insurance provided. - Based in Harlow. - On-site parking. - Discount across all products. - Be the face of the company, offering an exceptional delivery service for our customers **ABOUT US** Healthy Bean Ltd is a UK based leading Branded Workwear, Footwear and PPE distributor.
