**Role responsibilities**
We are currently recruiting for a HR Officer who will provide a comprehensive range of support to the whole of the HR function, whilst managing a team of Administrators. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- To provide senior level HR administrative service to employees following clearly defined processes covering areas such as Maternity, Probation, Resignations.
- Manage a team of HR Administrators in their daily duties, proving firm support and in particular coaching and mentoring.
- To maintain and upload a multitude of relevant data and produce various MI reports.
- Management of multiple processes including random Drug and Alcohol Screening, Staff Travel, Internal role changes, People System and HR Intranet pages.
**_Essential requirements to be considered for this role: _**
- An understanding of Employment Law legislation and hold a CIPD qualification or be willing to work towards.
- Previous experience of providing advice and support on a range of HR matters.
- Strong IT Skills, including experience of working with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisation skills with an ability to work independently and plan and prioritise own workload.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are essential.
- Must be able to work on own initiate and perform effectively under pressure with flexibility to adapt to workload.
- Excellent administration skills.
**Welsh Language Skills**
