- 10-week rota in advance (8 hour shifts between 07:45-20:15), with 60% of shifts ending no later than 6pm

**Who are we?**

We are a customer facing contract who work for our BBC client. Within our team, we are responsible for recording and responding to audience member feedback in a professional and courteous manner. There are many other aspects to the contract including Tech Support, web publishing, providing audiences for shows.
