Minimum qualifications:

- Experience in business development and relationship management
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in team management capability
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors
- Experience with large and complex commercial/legal discussions and working with procurement, legal, and business teams
- Ability to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations

As Head of Public Sector, you will be responsible for the market success of Google Workspace within the Public Sector. You will impact business metrics through team-work and programmatic engagement.
You will work with Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Product Management to define/achieve strategic goals. You will work with Marketing to build campaigns, tailoring business assets and tools to the needs of the market and providing sales teams the support they need for customers’ engagement. You will create and participate in external thought leadership events, advocate the products/solutions in the region, and help validate/refine the overall product plan, positioning, and Go-to-Market strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
- Generate and qualify leads and business opportunities, working with Google Workspace Sales team to develop, provide guidance, and manage agreements.
- Work with cloud partners to develop campaigns and represent Google at trade shows and industry events.
- Serve as the primary customer contact during submission, pilot test, legal review, and procurement and develop a local Go-To-Market strategy.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and manage a sales team focused on scale and growth.
- Leverage business growth engineering and marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and how to improve them.
