Customer Success Leader, Workspace, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in client management or as a Professional Services Practice Lead.
- Experience in the collaboration and communication industry, driving digital workspace transformations using cloud-based solutions (e.g., IaaS, PaaS), and managing initiatives across Engineering, Sales, Support, Professional Services, and distributed teams.
- Experience managing teams across distributed geographical locations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, and managing resource allocation and on-time delivery.
- Experience building strong relationships with executive stakeholders, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders with effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Passion for developing teams and providing leadership to both formal and indirect reports.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team focused on the successful adoption of Google Cloud Workspace solutions, guiding customers through the people, process, and technology facets of their transformation journey.
- Work across customer-facing teams to ensure that a customer’s experience on Google Cloud exceeds their expectations.
- Understand the customer’s business goals and regularly engage with executive stakeholders across a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team to ensure Google is helping them achieve their goals.
