**What we need?**

**Supervisors** and **Team Leaders** are needed for busy distribution centres based in the Oldham area (Heron Mill) on a Full Time basis.

Key duties will be:

- Supervising shift or teams to complete key loading or picking or packing tasks across the DC to key deadlines and targets
- Training and developing DC operatives in best practice
- Identifying problems, finding solutions and escalating issues to DC management
- Ensuring best practice procedures and compliance is maintained, in terms of DC procedures and general practices
- Health & safety and General housekeeping and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years management or supervisory experience within a Warehouse or Distribution centre is essential

- No criminal convictions and able to receive good references
- Some knowledge of picking and general warehousing duties.
- Flexible and able to complete overtime on evenings and weekends.
