**What you’ll be doing**
First and foremost, you’ll be joining this very well-established global business at an exciting time as due to great performance, during recent times of global uncertainty, my client was able to grow to a FTSE 100 company. What’s more my client attributes thissuccess to the skill of their employees, but also the market leading tech at their disposal.
As Business Analyst you will be liaising with multiple teams across engineering, development, trading, and warehousing for example to play key roles on a variety of projects comprising web, mobile and software development. On specific projects you will workwith Product Owners and Managers to create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria with pre-defined features, before refining user stories with the development, test, and architectural teams in readiness for future iterations. Working in an agile way,naturally the Scrum Master is your friend, and you will also support them on iteration planning whilst championing the SAFe agile framework across the division.
You’ll utilise your years of experience as a BA sowing strong core BA skills across analysis, documentation, requirements management, process improvement and flows (AS-IS, TO-BE), project support, building business cases, stakeholder management and more.
You will be an advocate of positive change, and a continuous improvement mindset is very welcomed in the role, where ideas are listened to and often implemented.
**What experience you’ll need**:

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
- Experience of website/mobile/software development.
- A continuous improvement mentality, striving for positive change.
- An analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
- A knack for identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Strong core BA skills - requirements gathering, documentation, user stories.
- Experience with BA tools such as Azure DevOps, Visio, and JIRA.
- Understanding of SAFe.
- Facilitate workshops alongside other colleagues.
- Impeccable stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the wonderful new office 2 days a week.
- Passionate about digital, understands the full development lifecycle.
