Your role as a Room Senior will include working within the management team to deliver high quality childcare and education as follows:

- Ensuring that each child’s care, well-being and learning needs are met and that they thrive in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment which promotes their curiosity and enquiry skills;
- Effectively leading and mentoring your staff team and ensuring the smooth and effective running of your room, including coordinating all tasks and ensuring staff in your team are effectively engaged and utilized within the room;
- Leading and working with your room team on the planning and provision of appropriate and suitably challenging and stimulating experiences for children both indoors and outdoors;
- Promoting effective partnerships with families and if required external agencies, your staff team and all service users.

This is a full time position over four or 4.5 days a week with a floating day/half day off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
