As a Continuous Improvement Automation Lead you will work within a team of high-energy, pragmatic and curious individuals to understand and revise current ways of working across Gamma Service Operations, using Robotic Process Automation as a way of changing the way Gamma services its customers.
Your role is to simplify and remove wastage, creating capacity in teams, driving an agreed roadmap within agreed timings. This will mean on a day-to-day basis you will plan for the build and coding of new robots within the organisation, including planning testing and supporting go-live activity. Comfortable challenging the status quo, you will look to develop robotic interactions in new and innovative ways to ensure that the Bots deliver return on investment. You will support RPA-design, bringing your expertise and creative-thinking to play in the realisation of what the robotic solution could be.
You will also be a hands-on individual with a natural inclination towards tenacity, drive and urgency and act as an RPA-Subject Matter Expert within Gamma, as well as ensuring your knowledge is shared with newer team members, thus ensuring no failure points.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Lead RPA change activity by organising time and resources to successfully launch Bots/automation to transform business practices and embed change successfully
Influence RPA process design with key concepts of Lean Six Sigma/ Continuous Improvement methodologies to ensure the Bots/automation deliver maximum value to the business
All projects will be rooted in Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement thinking. These tools will give you the structure to be successful irrespective of your technical understanding of the area that you support and will lead to delivering maximum successful outcomes. You will be a confident practitioner in using LSS /CI tools and techniques and also be keenly enthusiastic in terms of understanding more and keeping abreast of changes or innovations in the field of C.I to master the C.I skillset. These include, and are not limited to: process mapping, Gemba-walks, kaizen, waste identification, risk / control management and remediation, root cause analysis, work organisation, visual management and hypothesis testing.
Ensure all ‘bots’ are delivered to the operation to an agreed standard and periodically review the effectiveness of working Bots/automation widgets and suggest areas for Continuous Improvement that will enhance the benefits profile.
Review and continually improve the governance that sits behind RPA process design, build and launch to ensure quality of Bot servicing remains high.
Demonstrate your experience and wisdom of coding to challenge user cases to be more ambitious and creative to increase the effectiveness of automation.
Engage collaboratively with operations to influence process design and manage RPA delivery.
Maintain a high-energy, transparent communication channel between all parties impacted to deliver change at pace, efficiently and effectively.
Support and promote the benefits of a continuous improvement culture in all work interactions
