**Responsibilities**:

- being a traffic manager for all tasks and organising for the CEO.
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- organising events and conferences
- reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- collating and filing expenses
- travelling nationally and internationally with the CEO in some instances.
- miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
- To manage and grow a number of social media accounts owned by various brands through the use of analytics and various software forms.
- Developing, implementing and managing social media strategies for various clients.
- Using social media marketing tools such as Later
- Maintaining the overall visual image of those brand across all platforms but with a specific focus on Instagram.
- Ensuring all posts fit within brand guidelines for imagery and ethos.
- Liaising with various clients and individuals to ensure information is delivered accurately via social platforms for each of the brands under your management.
- The development of cutting edge social media styles and concepts to elevate the brands under your management.
- The creation of analytics of brand performance on a weekly basis.
- Create graphics and other content such as Reels for clients in line with brand guidelines.
- Assisting with our content team on shoots

**Skills required**:

- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Advanced skills working with social media software
- Skills in adobe software will be viewed favourably
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver on time.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Strong vision and creative flair.
- An extremely keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and driven. Able to manage your own workload.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Tact and diplomacy
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
