**Job Title**:Talent Acquisition Administrator
**Location**:Greenford (on-site)
**Full Time**
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition administrator to join our team to support the Talent Acquisition Team with various day to day administrative duties assisting the recruitment function at GBS.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Posting job adverts and screening CVs.
- Following up with the hiring managers and ensuring interview feedback is received.
- Obtaining and verifying applicants’ right to work documentation.
- Producing reports and extracting data from the recruitment database.
- Providing support and coordination of recruitment projects and related services to hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
- Representing and promoting the organisation to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
- Handling and prioritising multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties using judgment and initiative
- Assisting the recruitment team with the implementation and use of the new recruitment database and ensuring all recruitment records are kept up to date.
**Requirements**:
- Some administrative skills and experience in any sector (admin in recruitment or HR would be highly desirable.)
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
