**What you’ll be doing**

On a day-to-day, you will be responsible for developing a highly effective academic recruitment and talent support function. From shortlisting CVs, to liaising with hiring managers to understand future needs, to attending relevant networking events.

Within GBS, you’ll proactively seek out areas of improvement within the recruitment function. You will be provided with the creativity and freedom to see your innovative ideas implemented - making your mark.

**Who we’re looking for**

Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you will build good relationships with peers and successfully manage expectations. You will look to think one step ahead to ensure a high-quality talent pool and future recruitment needs are met.

There is a lot of moving parts to this role so it’s important that you are able to manage a heavy workload through remaining organised and proactive.

But don’t worry, we will provide you with all the support necessary to help you succeed in this role, through weekly meetings, 1-1’s, and regular feedback. The communication and openness within the team provides you with a great environment to go from strength to strength

**What do you need**
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
- Formal qualification in recruitment is desirable.
