**Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour PAYE**
**37 Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 15:30**
**This opening assignment is for 3 months**
**City: PIMLICO, LONDON**
**Basic DBS disclosure required**

Provide and be responsible for maintaining the internal and external areas of the estates and providing a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees and other visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Clean communal internal and external areas including, estate roads, grassed and paved areas, courtyard/garage/forecourt/shed areas, washing line enclosures, service roads, footpaths, walkways, playgrounds, flower beds, shrubbery and other communal parts as directed using appropriate supplied equipment.
- Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
- Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively.
- Be responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
- Be responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment.
**Knowledge**:
- Knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH)
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation
**Experience**:
- Experience in using mobile technology
- Have experience of dealing with the public
- Have experience of providing professional and accountable cleaning and caretaking services.
**Skills & Abilities**:
- Able to manage your time effectively and will be required to use mobile technology as part of the role.
- Able to communicate effectively verbally, in writing and electronically.
- The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
