Long O Donnell are recruiting for a Junior Internal Recruiter to work closely with internal teams and Directors to search for permanent staff and project based staff. Based in Northwich, you will be recruiting for a variety of skillsets and roles within the energy, infrastructure and utility sectors across the UK and Ireland..

**As a Junior Recruiter, your duties will include**:

- Undertaking responsibility for the delivery of ‘live’ vacancies and working directly with hiring managers. This includes providing market feedback and updates as appropriate.
- Networking and direct sourcing through LinkedIn
- Building relationships with hiring managers / senior stakeholders understanding their specific requirements and developing relevant talent pools
- Managing your time and priorities with the Senior Management Team.
- Maintain regular contact/communication with managers to update them on their roles, discuss feedback and give recommendations.
- Attend meetings as required to provide updates, discuss upcoming programmes of work etc.

**Role Requirements**

To be considered for this Junior Recruiter opportunity you do not nessessaily need recruitment or industry experience but we would expect to see the following;
- A desire to communicate with people on a daily basis both over the phone and online.
- Good computer literacy - including skills with Excel e.g. data entry, basic formulas, graphs.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible.
- A desire to develop a career path within the business.

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
