Project Engineer GHTThe Project Engineer GHT applies advanced engineering skills to solve complex problems, leveraging knowledge of Ecolab’s customers and markets. This role manages multiple customer engineering projects, schedules and coordinates major segments of complex projects to meet cost and time objectives, and ensures compliance with design criteria and standards.Key ActivitiesReviewing designs and documentation for compliance with standards.Conducting feasibility studies, determining manpower and cost estimates, and developing engineering criteria.Driving innovative applications and extensions of existing or new products, processes, systems, or methods that have significant business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple engineering projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Coordinate cross-functional activities and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.Analyse technical requirements and develop innovative engineering solutions.Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.Education And ExperienceAdvanced degree in an engineering discipline.Minimum of 5 years of directly related engineering experience.Demonstrated ability to stay current with technology in the relevant discipline.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.Advanced problem-solving skills and innovation mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.Expertise in feasibility analysis and cost/resource management.Independence And ReportingFull professional competence to manage one or more engineering projects simultaneously, with emphasis on deep technical contribution.May guide or train junior engineers.Actively participates in project planning, demonstrating proficiency in project management tools and techniques on cross-functional teams.Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & BelongingEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
