Tour Coordinator

AEG Presents International Touring team are looking for a coordinator to assist with all aspects of tour administration including tour planning and budgeting.
You’ll also assist with financial modelling, routing tours, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, managing guest lists, liaising with the local promoter, artist, and tour representatives, and supporting Tour Accounts and Finance team on final show reconciliations.
You’ll work with International Touring team on tour modelling, including requesting venue availability and budgets; ensure all relevant show and tour information is up-to-date in internal tracking documents throughout life cycle of tour from offer, approval, confirmation, advance, to settlement.
You’ll work with International Touring team to build show and tour costings, including requesting, collating, and analysing local budgets and identifying revenue and cost variances from previous shows in the same venues.
You’ll liaise with internal and external departments including Marketing, Ticketing, Production, promoter representatives to track budgets throughout tour advance, keeping an eye on the effects this has on the budget and raising concerns promptly.
Whilst working with the International Tours, Production, and Ticketing teams to ensure promoter representatives are kept updated on all tour developments including budget changes, ticket releases; you’ll collate venue availability, route tours, and manage pencil holds as per the direction of Tours team or senior management.
We’re looking for someone with experience in the music/events industry coordinating tours. You’ll have excellent knowledge of Excel along with an understanding of budget management.
You’ll be highly organised, with a meticulous eye for detail and be able to work under pressure, prioritising a varied and ever-changing workload.
You’ll have great communication skills and be able to build good working relationships with both external parties such as Promoters, Venues and suppliers and also internally across different departments.
