Our client is an international sport leader and prestigious organisation with global partners. They are currently looking for a Spanish or Portuguese Speaking Tour Coordinator to join their supportive team. The busy Coordinator will be responsible for assistingwith a wide range of tours, travels, and administration.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinating events ad tours logistics
- Providing administrative support, including reconciling expenses, budget management, and travel documents
- Organising accommodations, transports, and travels
- Producing articles and newsletter for the website
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned

**About you**:
**Profile**:

- Required to be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in Spanish would be a high advantage
- Proven experience in a organising tours or travels
- Must have excellent MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work as part of a team but always on own initiative
- Confident, organised and motivated mind-set
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to deliver to the highest standards
