FRENCH SELECTION UK **Spanish Speaking Sales Coordinator (Wholesale)** Account Management, Administration, B2B, Brand, Customer Care, Customer Services, Customer Support, Delivery, Distributor, Spanish, Export, Order Processing, Retail, Sales Coordination, Sales Support, SAP, Warehouse, Wholesale, Inside sales, SOP **Salary: up to £34,000 pa DOE** **Location: Central London** **Ref: 725RE** VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION > APPLY NOW: Please visit the French Selection UK website, vacancies section, search job reference: 725RE Applications submitted on our website will come to us in the correct format, which means they will be processed faster & more efficiently by our team of consultants. **The Company**: Our client is a well-established, international manufacturing company **Main duties**: To be in charge of the day to day sales administration within a busy Customer Services team and to ensure the highest standard of customer support Providing customer focus, account management and functional expertise whilst contributing towards the European Customer Services vision. **The Role**: - Build relationships with customers & understand their needs - Process orders and ensure on-time delivery using on system - Update customers details accurately on the system - Liaise with other departments regarding product Availability / Delivery / Credits / Returns - Monitor orders and advise Team Leader of any known problems or delays - Take accountability for managing and shipping order book - Promoting a proactive approach to help maximize sales - Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) - Essential**: - Fluency in another European language would be a bonus - SAP experience preferred although not compulsory**: - Strong experience in Sales Administration and/or Customer Services - Essential**: - Previous experience in a Wholesale / B2B CS environment - Essential**: - Proactive, confident and dynamic personality **The Salary**: **Up to £34,000 pa DOE + bonus + benefits** French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
