Process Improvement Team Leader

**Here at Cabot, Kings Hill (ME19 4UA) we're on the lookout for a Process Improvement Team Leader join the Process Excellence team on a permanent basis**
The successful person will identify opportunities to change or improve the way we work that could improve operational execution or identify innovative solutions that ensure delivery of good outcomes and maximise long-term commercial value.
They will oversee, lead, and support a small team of Process Improvement Analysts in their day-to-day tasks, alongside leading and actively working on specific improvement projects. Reporting to the Process Excellence Manager, they will be seen across the business as an aspiring people leader.

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Oversee, lead, and support a team of Process Improvement Analysts in their day-to-day tasks.
- Prioritise business processes taking into consideration risk to the business and Consumer Duty Legislation by providing daily guidance to the team.
- Monitor team performance, observe training needs and provide coaching as and when required.
- Oversee the successful delivery of Operational Resilience case studies, coordination of BCP tests, management of BCP Event related events, performing BCP reviews on external suppliers and other duties as and when required.
- Run workshops, meetings and discovery sessions whilst encouraging analysts to practice presenting in front of varied audience. - Present updates and findings to senior stakeholders in various methods such as by creating informative presentation packs.
- Assist the BCP Incident Manager with BCP testing, analysis, meetings, and incident management.
- Conduct Operational Resilience Case Studies to a high standard, maintaining understanding of the processes and regulations involved.
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident with facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders across all areas of the business
- Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines as well as switch between multiple projects
- Business Continuity and Operational Resilience understanding
Experience of using Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, SQL/SAS, MS Excel (intermediate or above), PowerPoint would be beneficial.
