I have an extremely exciting opportunity for a location accountant / junior finance business partner to join a team in a Leicester. Working for the compass group alongside a premiere league football team and a premiership rugby team.

Based across two sporting event sites (5 minutes apart) as one of 5 location accountants the purpose of your role is to provide commercial financial support to the FBP and the Operations Teams. To actively participate in the development of the UK FinanceFunction to continually improve service levels, cost effectiveness and add value to commercial activities undertaken.

The business can offer a salary up to £38,000 with study support.

This type of role does not come around very often and is a great opportunity if you are looking for a fast paced, exciting finance role

**Description**
- Carry out forecasting and budgeting process to ensure robust and challenging targets are set
- Review and actively control risk on the balance sheet
- Ensure costs are accurately captured and recorded in the correct periods
- Ensure Prepayment & Accruals Schedules are accurately Maintained
- Maintain Metrics and Analytical Data throughout the FY to supports Budgeting and Forecasting

**Profile**
- Confidence in ability to challenge, in the right way
- Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA
- Expert Experience of Management accounts with full P&L exposure
- High numeric and analytical skills - excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically
- Ability to analyse and evaluate information
