Senior Sales Executive A growing housing developer currently has a requirement for a Senior Sales Executive to join their growing business initially as to cover sites in the North West with a view to moving into a Field Sales Manager as the company brings on new developments. Senior Sales Executive Role The company are looking to appoint a Senior Sales Executive initially to start on a development based in Ormskirk. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for securing the sales of new homes. Duties will include: " Ensure price lists are correct for all sites each week " Answer sales enquiries " Lead demonstrations for new customers and home demonstrations " Update Part Exchange and Easy Move information across all developments " Organise new developments and set up stationery " To ensure web and all related portals are updated with correct Marketing for all developments " To assist with manning including holidays " Assist with negotiating sales incentives " To ensure reports are submitted by the team in a timely manner " To collate figures and paperwork on a Sunday and distribute to wider team and complete monthly activity log " To fill-in, log and submit commissions forms " Ensure that all data protection requirements are met in accordance with the Group's policy " Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are met in accordance with the Group's policy, procedures, and statutory requirement Skills & Experience Required " Proven experience in a previous Sales New Business role within a house building organisation " Proven experience of dealing with Build Sales Report " Proven experience of New Contracts and Leases " Part Exchange procedure " Knowledge of Marketing and Sales " Travel cross the North West region **Benefits**: In return for your skills the client are offering a basic salary of £30,000, car allowance, commission, 28 days holidays and additional company benefits.
