**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle sales enquiries, establishing professional and positive relations with Travel Agents
- Design creative, suitable, and thoughtful travel proposals mindful of budget, logístical and practical considerations.
- Cost travel programmes accurately and competitively within the required timeframe
- To regularly follow up on all business quoted until a definite outcome is achieved.
- Identify, negotiate, and implement reductions in costs and more favourable terms & conditions with suppliers.
- To join a rota providing emergency 24-hour telephone support to clients _(up to 5 times a year for which additional payment is made)_

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Is an experienced and dynamic travel designer willing to join our fast-paced team producing high quality luxury group travel experiences.
- Enjoys and demonstrates a high degree of creativity.
- Is motivated by achieving sales and consistently achieves sales objectives.
- Produces a high quality and high volume of work.
- Has excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail?
- Able to work very independently, but also able to support their immediate team as required.
- Possesses initiative and resourcefulness.
