**Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

We are on the search for passionate, resilient, and self-motived people to join our expanding London Soho Office.

**Job Role**:

- 360 role for the Education market.
- Recruiting for short-term, long-term, and permanent SEND teaching and support positions.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle with responsibility for large volume accounts.
- Building a new and maintaining relationships.
- Comply with company management systems, payroll, and billing policies, and procedures, including accurate database management.

- Self-motivated and Driven.
- Proactive, Relentless attitude, Resilient.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be persuasive, and persistent.
- Able to cope with pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable.
