**PMO Administrator**

As a Junior PMO administrator you will supporting the Amber Labs PMO team in the delivery of multiple Private and Public sector projects.

You will work closely with the PMO Analysts to ensure processes are adhered to, governance is implemented, and the PMO function is operating effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate project administration for multiple projects
- Managing timesheet procedure; ensuring timesheets are submitted on time & accurately; creating and submitting timesheet reports to clients and stakeholders; supporting monthly invoicing procedures
- Scheduling consultant-client interviews
- Ensuring consultant information & documentation is processed, maintained, and filed
- Supporting across consultant onboarding process
- Managing relationships with Recruitment agencies
- Managing ad-hoc queries

**Skills**
- Experience in office administration or similar work
- Previous experience of working within a PMO or supporting Project Management Teams is beneficial but not a requirement as any necessary training will be provided
- Strong communicator
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Proactive mindset
- Attention to detail
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Teams
