Are you passionate about learning, organisational development, and delivering high-quality project coordination? Our client-a global organisation undergoing major transformation-is looking for a Junior PMO within Learning & Development to support the rollout of a flagship capability programme for leaders across international Operations teams.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and want to be part of a team shaping the future capability of a global workforce, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your PMO and L&D career.

The Opportunity
Joining the Operations Capability team, you will support the successful rollout of a global development programme designed to equip leaders with the skills and behaviours they need to make better, faster, and more informed business decisions.

Working closely with Programme Managers, you'll help coordinate and deliver blended learning solutions across multiple markets, ensuring outstanding execution and a seamless learner experience. This role also involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the programme, making it ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting Programme Managers to deliver key programme milestones on time and to a high standard
  • Coordinating logistics, schedules, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and project documentation
  • Overseeing logistics for virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions
  • Handling programme communications through Teams, SharePoint, LXP, and dedicated mailboxes
  • Responding to participant questions and providing ongoing support throughout the learning journey
  • Analysing engagement and learning impact data to provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Leading planning and logistics for onsite learning events, including venues, catering, and participant communications
  • Providing general administrative support including meeting coordination, minute-taking, maintaining trackers, and updating programme documentation
  • Ensuring programme components are aligned, ready, and professionally delivered
  • Supporting additional L&D initiatives within the wider Capability Development team

About You
You're proactive, organised, and excited about helping large global teams learn and grow. You enjoy solving problems, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and delivering high-quality learning experiences. You also thrive on keeping operations smooth through effective administrative support.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, L&D, or similar
  • Experience supporting or coordinating large-scale projects (global exposure a plus)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Confidence using MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing)
  • Bonus: experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Synthesia) or Learning Management Systems
  • An interest in learning and capability development
