My Client is based in Dunstable and are recruiting for a full-time Experienced HR Manager.
As a HR Manager we are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, together with your organised and empathetic approach, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team.
Working closely with the management team this is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
**Responsibilities**
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, disciplinary/grievances or other issues
- Provide detailed HR reports to senior management teams
- Oversee the recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
- Provide advice to the Management team in the development of resourcing and recruitment plans
- Manage the company’s appraisal system
- Ensuring that company procedures comply with employment regulations
- Direct, develop, motivate and support all direct reports ensuring that the business objectives are met to agreed timescales
- Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave
- Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee benefits and managing the company benefits scheme
- Undertake an annual assessment of the provider of company/employee benefits
- Manage the provision of accurate pay data to the outsourced payroll provider on a monthly basis
**Requirements**:
.Experienced HR Professional, including previous management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A strong understanding of commercial business requirements
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
