**Are you a Business Partner with strong communication and advisory skills?**

We’re looking for a HR focussed Reward Business Partner for a broad role that covers Compensation, Benefits, Recognition and Wellbeing. You’ll be working closely with Business Partners and senior staff across the business, while leading a change initiative.

**Reward Business Partner**

**£75K - £80K**

**Maidenhead - Hybrid working (once a fortnight in the office)**

This role is ideal for someone who wants to come in and make their mark in a small reward team.

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Reward and acting as a second in command, in an org of C.4K employees.

The Reward team are currently going through a large change initiative, and you’ll be at the forefront of making this happen across the UK.

You’ll be responsible for leading the year end compensation process, as well as salary and bonus reviews, and impact new initiatives.

Some immediate upcoming projects include:

- Developing salary ranges and bonus structures
- Introduction of wellbeing initiatives - Design and creation
- Reward communication and engagement
- Demonstrated experience Reward
- An advanced analytic skillset, inc. a good command of Excel
- Strong Job Evaluation and benchmarking (Ideally with WTW)
- A passion for wellbeing, communication and engagement
- Keen interest in bringing ideas to the table
- Comfortability with working with autonomy and can influence change
- Strong project management

Ideal, but not necessary experience:

- RemCo
- Experience in a UK PLC

This role comes with a mix of partnering, technical, and strategic elements - so it would be ideal for someone that really enjoys a mix of all three, who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up when needed.
