Financial Administrator Assistant

**Job Summary**
As a Financial Administrator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company. You will be working closely with the financial team and providing administrative support such as, but not limited to:
**Duties**:
- Checking invoices and uploading them to our system, Blocks Online.
- Reconciliation.
- Matching receipts.
- Calling contractors to confirm their banking details.
- Uploading/double checking budgets.
- Updating and allocating payments to Leaseholders statements.
- Helping the team to keep close watch on debtor account balances and reducing debtors.
- Assist in aspects of Credit Control such as updating ongoing cases, sending late payment reminder letters, implementing payment plans and corresponding with mortgage lenders.
- Updating and using spreadsheets.
- To have/develop a good understanding of what Service Charge and Ground Rents are and the role of the Managing Agent.
**Experience**
To excel in this role, you should ideally possess:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in an accounting environment, ideally within the private sector leasehold industry.
- Strong data entry accuracy.
- Microsoft Excel at intermediate level, alongside Microsoft Word.
- High attention to detail with the ability to see and challenge information.
- Strong communication skills, able to liaise with non-financial internal and external customers.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Able to prioritise workload and use own initiative.
- A team player that demonstrates working towards a common goal.
- Strong customer service skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £15,000.00 per year
