A successful company are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their ever-growing accounts team. You will be overseeing (And reducing) a large UK debtors list, developing strong business relationships, and efficiently managing all account queries. Credit control experience is essential and in return, the client offers a flexible working pattern and progressive environment.
THE ROLE
Full time, office based, flexible hours to an extent.
All aspects of credit control from assessing initial risk to solving queries.
Proactively manage the reduction of the company's outstanding debt.
To assist with sales ledger processes.
Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the credit procedure.
Identify and resolve issues with client accounts utilising initiative and knowledge.
THE CANDIDATE
Applicants must have a proven history working within credit control including managing high volume debtor's lists.
Confidence to forge & develop business relationships in order to retrieve debt.
Be able to accurately maintain customer contact, payments, and records.
Oversee aspects of Sales Ledger.
Possess credit knowledge to identify, investigate and solve account queries.
Be highly accurate, tenacious, assertive and possess strong negotiating skills.
