Credit Controller

**We currently have a fantastic part-time opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Divisional Accounts Team, based in Hull.**

As part of our small Divisional Accounts Team, and reporting directly to our Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring payment profiles are in line with contracted terms of business and doubtful/aged debt is minimised.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day credit control within the required businesses, chasing due and overage debt and resolving queries efficiently and effectively.
- Opening and reviewing credit accounts, in line with the Company’s Policies and Procedures, and ensuring adequate authority has been obtained.
- Registering all customer queries/complaints with the relevant department and proactively monitor the query until resolved.
- Monitoring customer credit limits and advising customers if their account is at risk of being put on hold where their limit is due to be reached or that payment is overdue.
- Limiting cash debt exposure by daily reconciliations of cash sales accounts.

25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, exact hours/ time of work negotiable.
