We are looking for a Content Team Administrator to provide high-quality advice and support to Parliament’s community of content editors and users of our website and intranet.

With good organisational and communication skills, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders of all levels to find solutions to problems. But your work won’t stop there. Among your other responsibilities, you’ll:

- look for opportunities to make improvements to content team processes and tools.
- managing the coordination of content and CMS training for staff, working with the content trainer to support the UK Parliament content community.
- use internal software (ServiceNow) to keep track of issues with the support desk and ensure they are dealt with by the appropriate teams in Parliament.

**What You Need**
- experience of reviewing and improving processes to benefit your team, with a proven approach to problem solving, and experience of investigating requests and finding solutions for stakeholders.
- excellent organisational skills with a structured approach to prioritising work to meet deadlines and help your team work effectively.
- experience of communicating proactively with stakeholders to provide excellent advice, support, and solutions, with good customer-facing skills, and experience of developing good working relationships with all staff whilst upholding the values of equality, diversity and inclusion.
- the ability to pass security clearance, backed by the right to work in the UK

**About The Team**

The Content Team sets the standards and guidelines for digital content in UK Parliament, working with colleagues and stakeholders to make Parliament’s content clear and accessible.

We work closely with other design and development teams on projects across Parliament’s digital offer, making evidence-led decisions to create content that meets customer and user needs.
