We own and run 9 e-commerce sites including Surfdome, Country Attire, Blackleaf and Derby House and we work with some global brands including The North Face, Coach, Rab, and Barbour. We also own 4 creative content sites, so whether you’re looking for the best waves to ride, the top mountains to trek, or which jacket will best protect you from the elements, chances are our Editorial team have got you covered.
Over the last 12 months we’ve grown from a team of 200 to 300+, we’ve added 2 sites to our plethora of brands, and have become an Outstanding place to work as awarded by Best Company. Over the next 12 months we have big plans to elevate our e-commerce service and solutions unit (also known as ReactorX), expand into Europe, and continue to add some awesome brands to the IFG offering.

**Could this be the job for you?**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Content Administrator to join our Content team who are responsible for maintaining, updating, and improving the flow of product information to our websites. If you enjoy e-commerce content and have a love for our sites and brands, this role is perfect to take you to the next step in your career. This could be the job for you if:
- You have a passion for content - with a portfolio of 11 sites, each with a different product offering, you will be responsible for ensuring great content that is categorized correctly and have the correct attributes.
- You love working as part of a team - you will get to work closely with other members of the content team as well as departments from across the business.
- You love to take on a new challenge - our business is fast-paced and dynamic and as we grow and expand our product offerings, you’ll need to learn quickly and prioritise effectively.
**As a Junior Content Administrator you’ll be a success if**
- You work efficiently and hit deadlines using our in-house IT system to create products, and to improve product information.
- You work with your fellow Content Administrators to ensure that products are categorized correctly.
- You assist with data entry, manipulating spreadsheets & liaising with suppliers.
- You assist with identifying and solving issues with incoming deliveries in conjunction with our Inventory Team.
- You can adapt and take on new challenges within the team when needed.
- You take responsibility for the maintenance of product content on our customer facing website to optimize both the customer experience and conversion rates.
- You work effectively with and support fellow team members when volumes are high to ensure deadlines are met
