Aspire People are currently seeking intervention staff & tutors for schools in the Coventry & Warwickshire area.
The schools are looking for staff to work with children that are struggling with their Maths & English & Science.
The children require role models to engage and develop positive relationships working on a 1-1 or small groups basis.. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm approximately, but you may be offered additional duties and responsibilities outside ofthese hours.
To be successful in this role you will have an outgoing and resilient personality and be able to work on their own initiative in regards to ensuring that health and safety procedures and the welfare of the children are met. Previous experience is advantageousas is experience of working with children who display challenging behaviour as the role will require patience and understanding.
To be considered for the position above you will need to have the following as a minimum requirement:

- QTS or Higher level teaching qualification. A degree level education will be considered.
- Relevant experience across KS3 & KS4.
- A proven record of raising attainment
- Experience of supporting pupils with SEMH or EBD is essential.
