ABC Teachers is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to provide dedicated support to secondary aged students with challenging behaviours and Special Educational Needs (SEN).     About the role:  Emotional Coaching & Regulation: Providing focused, 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Observation and Analysis: Observing and tracking behavioural triggers and patterns to inform effective interventions Collaborative Practice: Working closely with the school community to ensure consistency and continuity in the pupil's support plan and educational provision.
