Administration and updating of planned maintenance schedules and work orders, including updating machine running hours, agreeing schedule changes with planning, helping to determine which checks are priority when PM’s are over saturated.

Purchasing of maintenance stock items and stock level control, monitoring, and modifying stock levels, introducing new items to stock as required with the onsite external stores.

Preparing and managing files/documents for company projects and day to day tasks.

Organising the Training Matrix for the maintenance team, Organising Training courses & Refreshers when required.

Ensuring Technical Audit actions are suitably documented and actioned with deadlines.

Representative for Health and Safety in the maintenance team. Ensuring Safety and Insurance actions are suitably delegated to the relevant engineer.

Run the apprentice’s day-to-day activities and organise a mentor for them. Monitor apprentices progress in work and in college, then review and feedback when necessary.

Keeping engineering technical documentation organised, accurate and easily accessible.

Organise the Teams Pay role overtime, holidays, and absence on TMS.

Coordinating new starters with HR - Onboarding induction process.

Supporting Contractor Inductions.

Responsible for hiring of short and long-term equipment (e.g., cherry pickers, FLT’s and other specialised equipment), monitoring of hire periods, Warranty Repairs, extending if required and ending hire.

Maintaining Annual contracts, archive records for contracts, lifting equipment, pressure systems, air con systems, oil samples, building services, compressors, civil services, new stock items, other contractor services etc.
