Compex Product Administrator

**Salary - Upto £24,500 depending on skills and experience**
**Location: Wrexham - Hybrid**
**Job Purpose**:
The Product Administrator will work closely with the Assistant Product Manger to support the administration, and maintenance of the CompEx Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital platforms i.e. ZOHO, E-commerce, Apps.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Support the Assistant Product Manager in collating data and performance metrics for learning resources.
- Support the Assistant Product Manager so that digital resources meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Product Management Team, CompEx colleagues, JTL group Marketing and Digital Learning teams.
- Understand CompEx products and
- Raise invoices, purchase order requests and other financial data as needed in accordance with standard processes.
**Person Specification**:
Essential Requirements:
- GCSE, Maths and English, A-C or equivalent
- Administration experience
- Good telephone manner
- Good organisation skills
- Good IT skills
- Experience of use and administration of E- learning/ LMS platforms/CRM or similar
systems
Desirable:
- MS Word; MS Excel
- Basic understanding of the CompEx Scheme
CompEx and its network of independent Approved Training Providers provide an ongoing programme of professional development to support practitioners throughout their careers.
