Job Description Answering Global customer service enquiries which may come from businesses (retailers/distributors the company have supplied to) or end users of the product. This would be predominantly via email, webchat etc. Processing orders and completing administrative requests for B2B customers globally - this includes marketplace orders such as Amazon and Walmart and utilising various different customer portals and systems. Upload and maintain product database Support Sales Teams in both the UK and US by providing sales/data reports - you'll need to be super excel savvy, able to do manipulate data, pull pivot tables, v look ups Support in ensuring the successful implementation of the Sales and Marketing Strategies to maximise profitable sales revenue and increase CTO. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Administrator should have: A background in sales admin/customer service within the FMCG industry. Experience dealing with a broad range of customers (ideally businesses and end user) Familiar with various email marketing software and e-commerce platforms Excellent Excel skills Strong communication skills - able to communicate with a Global network Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment - able to juggle and prioritise tasks effectively What's on Offer A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum.
