**Overview**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Administrator** to join our friendly and professional team in Wrexham. This is a varied and dynamic role that plays a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our business, supporting both the accounts and sales internal teams.
Industry knowledge useful but not essential.
**Duties**
- **Customer Service**: Answering customer questions, addressing enquiries, and providing after-sales support.
- **Record Management**: Maintaining and updating customer records, sales records, and databases across all systems.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Compiling sales reports, monitoring sales performance, and identifying trends.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes. Communicating effectively with customers and the sales team. Providing support to the sales team to help them meet their goals.
**Requirements**:
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and the sales team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
- **Customer Service Skills**: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- **Time Management Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other relevant software.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to orders, accounts, and other sales-related matters
Pay: £20,000.00-£24,644.00 per year
