**What will you be doing?**

As a team leader with Bloomsbury, your primary goal and focus is to lead, train, and develop an outstanding team of support assistants.
- Provide care in the community
- Ensure your teams proceed in face-to-face induction training
- Shadow new and existing support assistants
- Accurately complete your monthly audits
- Process monthly payroll
- Schedule staff rotas
- Give supervisions and appraisals
- Act as the first point of contact for both clients and support assistants for advice, guidance, and concerns
- Create and implement client care plans (inclusive of full risk assessments)
- Liaise with other professional bodies where necessary, and required

**Please note: - You will receive additional pay for completing tasks such as interviewing new applicants, carrying out supervisions, creating care plans, and whilst on-call.**
