This role will ensure that digital services provide a value-add service back to all areas of the business and that our investments in new and re-implemented technologies are part of a sustainable systems strategy and that all future change is planned and managed in an efficient manner.

**How will success be measured?**
- Success will be measured by implementing and monitoring a set of performance criteria based around key SLA and OLA targets, as well as KPI’s and engagement surveys with the wider user base. Delivery of operational targets to budget will be measured regularly as well indicators around colleague and company performance

**What experience and skills does the role need?**
- A track record of managing enterprise-wide platforms, processes, and teams
- Sound understanding of systems analysis
- Sound understanding of Cyber Security methods.
- Broad overall technical knowledge (computer principles, system integration principles, data communication/storage and Microsoft products)
- Sound knowledge of industry best practice project management standards
- Sound experience of managing a P&L budget

**Desirable**
- Degree in a computing/engineering science
- Experience with a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) implementation
- ITIL accreditation
- Sound understanding of risk and opportunity management
- Interest in engineering and/or control systems

- Good team player and people leader, with the ability to manage own workload and lead others.
